Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Willit at willit.ai (the "Service"), operated by Pebble House, a Travel AI, Inc. company ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Willit is an AI-powered interview platform that allows users ("Senders") to define interview topics, share interview links with others ("Participants"), and receive structured reports based on AI-processed responses. The Service uses artificial intelligence to conduct conversational interviews, extract relevant information, and generate summaries.
3. Accounts
Sender Accounts
To create and manage interviews, you must register for a Sender account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Participant Access
Participants access interviews via shared links and are not required to create accounts. By participating in an interview, Participants agree to these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Conduct interviews that harass, threaten, deceive, or discriminate against others
- Collect sensitive personal information (health, financial, government IDs) without proper legal basis and adequate safeguards
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Service
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to build a competing product or for benchmarking purposes
- Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content through interviews
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
5. Regulated Industries and Compliance
General-Purpose Tool
Willit is a general-purpose conversational research tool. It is not designed, intended, or certified for use in regulated industries or for the collection, processing, or storage of data subject to industry-specific compliance requirements. Without limiting the foregoing, Willit is not:
- A HIPAA-compliant platform — Willit does not execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and is not designed to safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA
- A tool for legal intake or case management — Willit does not preserve attorney-client privilege and is not designed to comply with bar association rules governing client communications
- A financial services platform — Willit is not registered with or supervised by the SEC, FINRA, or any financial regulatory body, and is not designed for use in KYC, AML, suitability assessments, or fiduciary processes
- A platform for collecting or processing data protected under FERPA, COPPA, or similar education or child-protection statutes
Your Compliance Obligation
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements in your jurisdiction and sector. This includes, but is not limited to, data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA), healthcare regulations (HIPAA), financial regulations (SEC, FINRA, PCI-DSS), legal ethics rules, fair housing laws, employment discrimination laws, and any other applicable regulatory frameworks.
No Regulatory Guarantee
We make no representations or warranties that the Service meets the requirements of any specific regulatory framework, industry standard, or compliance certification. If your use case requires specific compliance certifications, data handling procedures, audit trails, or data residency requirements, you must independently verify that the Service meets those requirements before use. We are under no obligation to modify the Service to meet industry-specific compliance requirements.
Indemnification for Regulatory Use
If you use the Service in connection with activities subject to regulatory oversight, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, penalties, fines, losses, or liabilities arising from your failure to comply with applicable regulations. This indemnification obligation applies regardless of whether we were aware of your regulated use at the time of your use of the Service.
6. Interview Content and Data
Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service, including interview definitions, questions, and any data you input. Participants retain ownership of their responses.
License Grant
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes processing content through AI models to generate interviews, extractions, and reports.
Sender Responsibility
As a Sender, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of interview data complies with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. If your interviews collect personal data from Participants, you may be considered a data controller for that data and must comply with applicable regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA). You are responsible for informing Participants about how their data will be used.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to process conversations and generate reports. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs (including interview questions, extractions, and reports) may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases
- AI outputs do not constitute and must not be treated as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, tax, psychological, or therapeutic advice
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services.
10. Fees and Payment
Subscription Plans
The Service operates on a monthly subscription model with credit-based pricing. Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of credits. Credits are consumed when interview participants begin conversations, at rates determined by the interview depth setting (Quick, Standard, or Thorough).
Credit Lifecycle
Included credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent cycles. Unused credits expire when the billing period ends and are replaced by a fresh allocation upon renewal.
Overage
If you exhaust your monthly credit allocation, you may opt in to overage usage. When overage is enabled, your wallet is automatically charged in $5.00 increments at a rate of $0.25 per credit to keep your interviews running. Overage is entirely opt-in and can be disabled at any time from your billing settings.
Refunds
Credits are non-refundable. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your remaining credits and all Service features until then. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service for payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details — this information is held securely by Stripe.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pebble House and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pebble House is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
