When you create a sender account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth.

Interview Content

We collect the interview topics and questions you define, the conversation messages exchanged during interviews, and any structured data extracted from interview responses. This content is necessary to provide the Service.

Respondent Information

Interview respondents access interviews via shared links and do not need to create accounts. We collect the conversation content they provide during the interview. Respondents are not required to provide personally identifying information unless they choose to include it in their responses.

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including browser type, device information, IP address, and usage patterns. This data helps us maintain and improve the Service.

• Process interview conversations using AI to generate structured reports and insights

4. AI Processing

Interview conversations are processed by third-party AI models (provided by Anthropic) to conduct interviews, extract structured information, and generate reports. Your conversation data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle data. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (hosted on cloud infrastructure) and protected by industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security policies, and access controls. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — Third-party services that help us operate the platform (Supabase for database and authentication, Anthropic for AI processing, Vercel for hosting)
• Interview senders — If you respond to an interview, the sender who created that interview will have access to your conversation and any extracted data
• Legal requirements — When required by law, regulation, or legal process

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Interview data is retained until the interview sender deletes it or closes their account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
